YOUR AI, WHERE YOU WORK
Create a key for each editor, app, or script. They all share your allowance.

Keys are shown once, stored as hashes, and expire within 90 days. Revoking a key stops new requests. Never put a key in a Chat message or source repository.
TAKE IT INTO YOUR WORKFLOW
Use a compatible Chat Completions client with your personal Jaycon API key.
Open API keys, give it a name such as “VS Code”, and copy it once.
Open Chat: Manage Language Models from the Command Palette. Choose Add Models → Custom Endpoint and select Chat Completions.
jaycon-openaiEnable tool calling. This pilot supports text, streaming, and function tools. Keep vision disabled. Store your personal key using the editor’s secret input.
Send a small request, then return to Developer tools → API keys. It should appear under the name of your API key. Editor or organization policies can affect model availability.
. This pilot does not implement Responses, native Anthropic Messages, images, embeddings, or audio endpoints. Full Visual Studio needs a compatible extension.A QUICK CONNECTION CHECK
Send a text request and check that usage appears in your dashboard.
Your response will appear here.
This connection check is text-only. Use the Google Chat bot’s direct messages for connected Drive tools.

CONTEXT THAT BELONGS TO YOU
Bring your work into the conversation, with your own permissions.
Find the right document and get answers from your files.
Find messages and summarize email conversations.
Check your schedule and manage events from Chat.
Search records, review project health, and explore your sales pipeline.
Connect with the same email as this dashboard. ERPNext requests a broad access scope; this pilot only reads records.
Connections work only in private chats with Jaycon AI. Relevant content is shared with your selected AI provider to answer your request. You can disconnect at any time.
Calendar changes show a preview in Chat. Reply “confirm” to approve or “cancel” to discard. A new preview replaces the previous pending one. Recurring and all-day event edits stay in Google Calendar.
IMPROVE JAYCON AI
Suggest any bot feature, report a bug, and approve your tested update.
Only the requester can approve their release. Updates affect everyone. Rollback restores the previous application version; it does not undo data writes.
START HERE, EXPLORE WHEN YOU NEED IT
A quick start, with practical help for everyday work.
In Google Chat, find Jaycon AI under apps and start a direct message. Sign in to this dashboard with your approved jaycon.com account.
Visit Connections to connect Drive, Gmail, or Calendar. ERPNext is available to enrolled employees.
Try “What meetings do I have today?” or “Find the latest proposal for [project] and summarize the next steps.” Leave the model on /model auto to get started.
In your private Jaycon AI chat, send /bug or /feature followed by what happens now and what you would like instead.
/bug Searching for a recent email misses it even when I give the sender and date./feature Let me save a reusable template for project updates.Your suggestion goes to Jay for review. It does not trigger development or publish a change. Only you and administrators can see it. Use Report a bug / Request a feature in the dashboard to submit a longer description, check its status, or read Jay’s reply. You can also send /requests to list your recent suggestions. You will receive review updates in your private bot chat.
Pilot requesters can suggest any Jaycon AI improvement: Chat behavior, files, connectors, CAD, model routing, or dashboard tools. Requests change the Jaycon AI bot itself, not external systems — the bot reads ERPNext for you without writing to it, and your own ERPNext account keeps its normal rights.
In your private bot chat, send /feature or /bug followed by at least one sentence that states the problem and the result you expect:
/feature After quoting a price, recalculate the line totals in the same reply instead of waiting for another prompt./bug Attaching a PDF after asking for a summary sometimes still answers the earlier request instead of the new file. The bot replies with a request number, and /requests lists your recent requests and their states. You can keep up to five open requests. Prefer a longer write-up, or want to add examples and an expected result first? Use Requests & releases and choose New request: describe what happens now and what should change, and add an example prompt with its expected result under “How will you know it works?”. Development waits until the coding worker is connected; a saved request does not mean work has started.
When the tested build is ready, the bot notifies you in your private chat and the request becomes Ready for your review. Review the summary of what changed, the test results, and the exact code changes, then open the private preview — it uses synthetic sample data only, with live Gmail, Drive, and ERPNext connections disabled. Only the requester can approve their release: Approve & release deploys that exact reviewed version for every employee, because updates affect everyone. Request changes sends the bot your feedback, invalidates any previous approval, and requires fresh review of the rebuilt version — a newer live release from someone else does too. The bot confirms each verified step (review ready, deployed, rolled back, or needs attention) in your private chat.
If a live release causes trouble, use Roll back on that request; administrators can also roll back. Rollback restores the previous application version and is verified healthy, but it does not undo data the released version already wrote, such as Google files it created, Gmail drafts it saved, or calendar changes you confirmed. Roll back newer releases first so later work is not silently removed, and re-approving a rolled-back version requires a rebuild.
Home: open Chat, see connection status, and find example prompts. Connections: connect or disconnect your own tools. Developer tools: create API keys, set up an editor, or test a model. User guide: practical instructions and feature limits.
Administrators also see Company overview, Employees, Usage & API activity, and Announcements. Employee limits and administration controls remain private to administrators.
Try “Calculate gross margin for a $120 sale with $85 cost. Show the calculation.” The bot uses a decimal calculator for arithmetic, percentages, averages, and comparisons. It does not execute arbitrary code.
For a Google Sheet, connect Drive and share its link: “Analyze the Costs tab, A1:F500. Sum Amount by Supplier and identify any excluded values.” The bot can list tabs, read typed values, and calculate sums, averages, minimums and maximums grouped by a column.
Each analysis covers an explicit range of up to 1,000 rows and 26 columns; previews show up to 50 rows. Hidden and filtered rows are included. Text and blank cells are excluded from numeric totals and reported. Ask for additional ranges when needed; a partial range is not a whole-workbook review. Specify currency, units, and whether subtotal rows should be excluded.
To create a file, enable Drive file creation and ask “Create a quote spreadsheet with quantity, unit price, line-total formulas, and a grand total.” Supported formulas stay live in Google Sheets. Review the inputs and business assumptions even when the formulas pass their calculation-error check.
Send /capabilities in Google Chat to see what is available for your account and which connections need setup. Images and uploaded PDFs support visual analysis; Word and Google Docs are read as text.
When public web research is enabled, ask “Search the web for the latest manufacturer specifications for [product], with sources.” It works with Auto, GLM, OpenAI, and Claude selections; the search itself uses OpenAI and counts toward your usage. Follow the source links and check dates. Use public topic keywords, not confidential records or private email content. Web search does not access your connected company files.
Calendar changes take effect after you reply confirm to the preview. The bot reads ERPNext without writing to it; your own ERPNext account is not restricted. Code execution, image generation, audio/video processing, and scheduled bot jobs are not available.
Open Connections and connect the tools you need with your company account. Approve each tool’s permission screen. Return here to disconnect at any time.
Personal connections work in private messages with Jaycon AI. In shared spaces, @mention the bot for general help; it cannot use your personal connections there.
State what you need, where to look, and the result you want. Include names, project IDs, dates, or a file link when you know them.
Follow up in the same private chat. Use /new to start fresh when switching tasks or clearing old file context. Conversation context is limited; repeat key details if a long discussion loses them. Check source links before relying on important answers.
Start with /model auto. Auto prefers GLM for suitable routine work and can select a stronger model when the task needs it.
/model glm selects GLM. PDFs may use a compatible model instead./model openai selects OpenAI Auto./model claude selects Claude Auto.OpenAI Auto and Claude Auto can choose among their available model tiers. Switching models keeps the current conversation. Editor/API model selection follows the model ID you configure in your client.
Attach files directly to your private bot chat, together with your question. Use /files for current limits.
For CAD, upload one STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, STL, OBJ, GLB, or self-contained glTF file up to 5 MB. You receive a thumbnail and a private 3D viewer link to rotate, zoom, and pan. The viewer is available for 24 hours. It is a geometry preview, not an engineering validation.
Email: try “Save a Gmail draft replying to this thread. Thank them and ask for the revised quote.” Open the returned Gmail link, review the recipients and content, then send it yourself. Jaycon AI does not send emails.
Calendar: try “Schedule a 30-minute call with Alex tomorrow at 2 PM.” Add the attendee’s email if you want an invitation. Review the bot’s preview and reply confirm or cancel; no code is needed. A new preview replaces the pending one. Wait for the success message to know a change was saved.
Use /timezone to check your timezone, /timezone America/New_York to set one, or /timezone auto to use your primary calendar timezone. Use an explicit date and timezone when scheduling across regions. Manage recurring and all-day event edits in Google Calendar.
Enable file creation under Connections → Drive, then ask for the file you want:
The bot creates a new native Google file in your Drive and returns a link. Files are private by default; share them through Google Drive. Follow-up revisions create a new copy. Generated spreadsheets can include live arithmetic formulas and SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT, ROUND, and ABS. Formulas use cells on the same tab; external imports and cross-tab formulas are not supported. The bot checks for formula calculation errors before reporting success. Review the output before sharing.
Open API keys to create a personal key, then follow Editor setup. Copy the key when it is shown and store it in your editor’s secret input. Never paste it into chat or commit it to a repository.
Select a supported Chat Completions client and a model available to your key. Start with a small request. Administrators can review editor usage under Employees or Usage & API activity.
Large requests include code, conversation history, tool definitions, and tool results. If you hit an input-size limit, compact the conversation or include fewer files. Your administrator can adjust your editor/API input allowance. The selected model’s context capacity and spending limits still apply.
/timezone and give an explicit date and timezone.Relevant content from your connected tools is sent to the AI provider used to answer your request. Administrators can review usage and diagnostic records, including recorded prompts and tool activity. Use company-approved information and review important answers against their sources.
Need a fresh start? Send /new. For commands, send /help. Features depend on your enabled connections and pilot access.
